Downtown Miami Pilates Parking Advice

Hi guys, I have been doing pilates for about a year now and love it. I recently moved to downtown miami where my partner makes living here incredibly feasible and takes care of most of the expenses considering he makes more a lot more than I do. I live right next to Bayside, and I have two studios that I love. But parking is becoming a frustrating and very expensive financial burden.

I only live 15 ish minutes walking distance but I am more so afraid of walking alone at night or early in the morning. Downtown is very walkable but it is not as safe as Brickell, if Brickell is even safe. As a former Broward girl this whole parking thing really sucks. I am not sure what to do. I get my tickets validated but it is still $7 for the four-five times a week I go. And sometimes the ticket doesn’t read as validated and I end paying full price $20-$30. I can’t keep affording this.

If in my position would you just walk? Or would you just quit pilates altogether? I don’t know what other girls in my class do since I hardly ever see anyone use the validated parking. I love my studio 😕
