hallucinations while smoking and now sober

i’m looking for a little help, i’ve been having auditory and visual hallucinations that are mainly just voices calling or whispers saying something, hearing conversations i can’t make out, and shadows that disappear where no one was close to being near. nothing too crazy. i’ve been smoking since i was 14 and i’m 18 now, i’ve been experiencing this on and off and it was only little things i’ve been noticing, but mainly now it’s really become more present and prominent. when i’m sober there’s little to none hallucinations, but if i’m stoned then it’s pretty hard to make out who’s actually talking in the other room or if i saw someone’s actual shadow and not a hallucination. help?
