Hardest restaurants to get into that are actually good?

Asking as a local South Floridian, but doing a staycation in South Beach. What are the toughest restaurants to get a reservation for or get into that have amazing food? Doing cote for sure. Been to carbone. Joes is out of season. What else? Thanks in advance!
