Has anyone else encountered this Border Patrol / Customs man at Miami International Airport?

1 week ago 34

I just came back from traveling with global entry and was stopped by a rude ass agent. He had a polo shirt on, his badge hanging out, pretty tall, bald, Hispanic, and fat. I think his last name was Mansour but I forgot because the moment was so stressful with him being a dick. This is a specific agent who is there once you’ve claimed your checked bags. They went through all my stuff. Even my packed underwear.

There were literally 2 other workers who ended up coming over, and saying he was having a bad day which is why he was acting that way. So fucking unprofessional - a bad day? So that’s why he was a dick? He should’ve stayed home then. Anyway, I’m a petty ass person, and I called and filed a formal complaint, which is why I’m curious if anyone else has had the same issue with the same guy?

He shouldn’t have a job interacting with people if he can’t control himself, especially in that position. I’m lucky I am a U.S. citizen, but anyone else in different circumstances I’m sure would’ve ended up in a horrible situation because this man was the epitome of a Miami Hispanic douchelord escalating every situation and getting hard off of power trip. Gave me little to no information, laughed in my face and walked away at one point. I literally want to wage war on this man right now for doing all this for $190 - he ended up saying I owed $ in duties. I would’ve paid $300 to not go through that. He asked me what I did for work. I was gone for 2 weeks bro what I do for work is exactly what the fuck I did for work when I left the US.

Also I know he isn’t the sharpest tool because I told him I was gone 2 weeks and then he said I was gone a month. All because I gave him actual dates - which did fucking add up to two weeks, but this MFer couldn’t do math so it confused him.

Anyway, has anyone else been victimized by Regina George (the guy)?😂
