Help Marie find forever home after 3 years in shelter

Mator is 9-years-old and has been at the shelter since 3/15/2022 At just 6-years-old, the only family he ever knew tied him to a pole outside of the shelter and left. 3+ years later, he's had no interest.

He has so much life left to live. He has energy, wants to play with his toys, and gets so excited to see you! Today he got to spend some time out of his kennel.
