I got some first clients...but I want way more :)

I was stuck at 1-2 random design projects a month. i’d waste nights on google maps trying to spot bad logos and sites, copy urls, and find emails. i switched to a different strategy where i just focus on one city + niche and it worked very well.

only emailed the 15 I got with obvious disasters like bad branding and broken sites. “here’s what’s broken” emails landed 3 projects. I am going to slowly branch into cold calling, I just haven’t had any time for it yet.

Instantly was ok for b2b emails but useless for site audits. LeadRadar does city searches + actual website checks which i found to give me much more high quality leads for graphic design. Anyone got any other strategy or tool they use that would be better?
