Is there any plan to alleviate traffic in and out of Wynwood/Midtown/Edgewater? This area has exploded.

There’s thousands upon thousands more people in this area than there was when the roads were first built. Are there any road improvements coming? (Not going to even ask about transit since it won’t happen)
