IWTL how to be a better writer and reader and communicator

I basically AI'd my whole essay (i didnt have the time for it) for a college assignment(which is completely unrelated to my major), but I can't help but feel like fraud since my professor put comments about how excellent my writing is 🤣. SO, IWTL how to become a better reader and writier NATURALLY, and I want to know how this would help me in anyway.
