Currently living in an apartment in Brickell and need to break my lease to move to a new city by the end of the year. Ideally, I would like to have someone take over my lease so I don't have to pay the ridiculous fees associated with breaking the lease. Does anyone have advice on the best way to advertise my apartment's availability? Facebook groups seem like they are full of scammers.
