Macaws - It's been about 20 years since I last saw a wild macaw. When and where did you last see one?

I saw a short article on Only In Dade about the wild macaws and other parrots.

I've seen a macaw flying over head before in south Miami but it's been approx 20 years since I last seen any in the wild.

When was the last time you saw one and where about? I don't want to think they're gone.
