Methane production using anerobic digestion and microwaves for pyrolysis

1 week ago 29

I’ve been fascinated by the possibility of converting cow dung into oxygen, and hydrogen, and carbon char. As far as I know methane decomposes around 1250 degrees Fahrenheit. Is anaerobic digestion of cow poop an efficient way to get methane? To do pyrolysis I’m wanting to use microwaves and a metal agonist, maybe graphite to heat up a container that has methane. Are there any affordable commercial pyrolysis and methane digesters to get started with?
