Miami MSP looking for L1 Tech

We are a very well established Miami / South Florida based MSP (Managed Service Provider) with very long term clientele that is looking for a new member to join our team as a Level 1 technician to assist us in supporting our customer base

Must have knowledge of customer Support, speak english (spanish a plus), must have knowledge of Windows, networking, troubleshooting user related issues. Remote Support, RMM tools, computer setup, installation, office365 from a user perspective. Work well in a team setting. Our employees have been with us for 10+ years, some nearing the 20 Year mark. We provide full time salaried pay, full healthcare benefits, 401k, disability insurance, car allowance, and all of the bells and whistles. Will need to visit clients in person, have a car / transportation but alot of our work is remotely attended. Our relationships with our clients are like gold to us so a great attitude and willingness to work will absolutely be paramount.

Whomever is selected and successfully obtains this position will be taught by seasoned members of our team, will learn quickly and become one of us, our family.
