Midtown/Edgewater Haircuts?

Hi! I live in Midtown/Edgewater and just want a basic haircut. The prices around here are absurd and I've lived here for almost 3 years.. I have long, low maintenance hair, is there anywhere good around here where I can get a cut/wash/blowout for less than 100 before tip?
