Need some help with pet screening process

I need some help from the community, i'm moving in and they are asking for a pet screening, in other places i've lived i just showed documents and id i got in a website that i dont even remember. This new place is asking for the whole process to be done through their petscreening website and they showed an example letter that needs to be issued by an actual MD?!. For the record i do have a legitimate reason due to my son's medical condition. Anybody has an easy way to go about this and avoid $800 deposit and $80mo. Thanks yall
