Noisy neighbors in high rise

Hey everyone,
I just moved into a new high-rise in Miami and was super excited about the building within the first week, I’ve realized my neighbors are extremely loud. Like, blasting music late at night and even up until 10 am from the night before, it sounds like a club. ’s I get it people like to have fun, but it’s starting to feel like I can’t relax in my own place. The vibrating rocks my entire apartment and it even woke me up. I called management, and they do nothing for hours saying they can’t because it’s after 8am even tho it’s been all night .. I pay a lot of money to live here and this is getting ridiculous and the people have no consideration for there neighbors. are the newer buildings made out of paper. Its also an upscale condo where places rent near or above 10k a month so I was expecting good neighbors
