Schools - Ada Merritt vs iPrep

I’m currently deciding between iPrep and Ada Merritt for my child’s elementary school and would love to hear from parents and or teachers with experience at either school. I’d appreciate any feedback!

Ada Merritt: Is the homework excessive? I personally do not care for “school” and understand socioeconomic factors influence academic achievement more than anything else so the homework is a huge con. I also am concerned about the lack of diversity (read Matthew Frye Jacobson's Whiteness of a Different Color: European Immigrants and the Alchemy of Race.)

iPrep: I’ve heard comments about high teacher turnover; I also hear from parents that they feel the school was on the decline since Carvahlo left.

Any thoughts, especially from current/former families and teachers, would be super helpful!
