Termite damage. Apartment complex management avoiding calls

Currently have a huge hole in our ceiling from termites. Had the fumigation done end of last month. However, management has been ducking my calls and not responding to emails about fixing giant hole in the ceiling and now smell of mold which the work was supposed to be done by 8/4 and they haven’t started. They keep saying their materials from Home Depot have been delayed 🙄 They haven’t even credited my account for the fumigation. Calling, emailing, texting, showing up to the office is just not getting anything done. Any advice on where to go from here?
