Thoughts on Aria on the bay?

Thinking of renting a fairly large unit here for my family of 3. My main concern is the noise as I have a 7 month old baby. I know that no condo in Miami is perfect so not expecting any flawless operation, but wouldn’t want to commit to moving to a party building either
