Traffic Issue - File the complaints!

As we all know, the traffic in Miami has become a horrible nightmare. I’ve seen a considerate amount of posts on here talking about the traffic lights and the issues they are creating by either being out of sync, or just not lasting long enough. I’m sure not too many know but you can actually put in a complaint on the 311 app. They need quite a few complaints before investigating. I have been complaining since October about the light on US1 and 152nd st and nothing has changed, if anything it’s worse because the light is only lasting 8 seconds and there are many times where the busway light doesn’t change even though the light on US1 is green. It’s ridiculous. Everyone should go into the 311 app and put in the service requests!
