Weekend community event at Las Olas Beach, Fort Lauderdale

If anyone’s looking to relax and connect this weekend, there’s a free community event happening on Saturday, August 30 at Las Olas Oceanside Park Beach in Fort Lauderdale.

It’ll be a mix of sunset yoga, somatic healing, and light workouts right on the sand. It’s open to all ages.
