Went to DMV to renew my ID, it was supposed to come by mail. I never received it

Good Morning,

Almost a month ago I came to my appointment to my local DMV to renew my temporary ID. I went there numerous times before and never had any issues, I always got my ID on the spot.

However, this time was a little different. I paid for my ID and they told me they will send it to my home address. It was supposed to come within 10 business days.

Well, it’s been almost a month and I never got it. The biggest issue is that there is no way to contact them about it! Every phone call directs me to automated robot and there is no way for me to talk about this issue. I tried calling several different numbers, nothing works. I would had made another appointment but they are all booked months ahead.

Does anyone had similar issue? Maybe you guys know where to call? Is it normal to wait so long for them to send it?

I’d really appreciate any help/advice.
