What frugal perks do you get from your employer? Do you use them?

Part of being frugal is being aware of all of the resources available to you. Employer perks are often overlooked. What perks does your employer offer? Are they worth using?

I work in a commercial kitchen, so I get a free lunch every day. Occasionally staff get to take home leftover ingredients that would go bad over the weekend. That cuts my food budget by at least 20%.
