WHY ARE THERE SO MANY HOT PEOPLE HERE

Is it me or since I moved down here from Boston (I am international and went to school in Beantown) it feels like everyone is friendlier and more attractive. Like even my hot 50-60 year old neighbour is down to flirt and hangout with me. Also I love that everyone is so fit and tanned down here!
